Purpose
SafetyBoard360 provides a SaaS platform to manage compliance, qualifications, equipment and Safety Passes for employees. The service is intended for companies and is not available to individuals.
Registration and account
The client company designates an administrator who creates an online workspace. The administrator is responsible for the confidentiality of credentials and the use of the account by its users.
Subscription and pricing
Subscriptions are offered according to the plans published on the Pricing page. Prices are exclusive of tax and billed monthly or annually, at the customer's choice. Any change of plan takes effect immediately, with prorated billing.
Trial period
New customers benefit from a free trial period, with no commitment and no credit card required. At the end of this trial, the subscription is suspended if no paid plan is taken out.
Commitment and termination
Subscriptions have no minimum duration commitment, unless otherwise agreed (annual commitment). Termination can be carried out at any time from the company workspace and takes effect at the end of the current period.
Service availability
SafetyBoard360 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. Enterprise plan customers benefit from a contractual SLA.
Data and confidentiality
The data entered by the customer belongs to them. SafetyBoard360 acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR and undertakes not to use this data for any purpose other than providing the service.
Liability
SafetyBoard360 provides a tool to assist with compliance management. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure actual compliance with their regulatory obligations. SafetyBoard360's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid for the last twelve months.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
